## Features
- **Master Data Synchronisation** — Synchronize master data between systems; keep locations, assets, equipment in sync with Mitti assets in order to map inspection data.
- **Issues creation** — A Mitti inspection can be completed and issues / non-conformances created in Intelex to create a follow up for a finding or a defect. These could also be created as corrective actions linked to an audit program in Intelex. Any evidence taken during the Mitti inspection could also be pushed and saved against the asset in Intelex.

## Description
YuzeData delivers enterprise-level integrations to connect Mitti inspections data with Intelex Inspections through its platform and services.

Intelex locations and Mitti assets can be synchronised or mapped using YuzeData master data management.

During a Mitti inspection, users can create actions to capture findings, anomalies, or issues. These actions can be pushed to Intelex Inspections.

Depending on the Intelex Inspections setup, these actions can be logged as findings in inspections or actions. When a finding or action is closed in Intelex, the corresponding action in the Mitti inspection will also be closed.

This integration is customisable to meet specific customer workflows and requirements.

### Do I need to have internal IT support to complete an integration?
All YuzeData requires from your internal IT team is API credentials to the connecting system; as well as a test/staging environment to prepare the integration before going into production.

### Our internal IT systems are complex; do you need direct access?
YuzeData can work with a number of different ways to connect to your source data e.g. direct APIs, data extracts or exports, SFTP feeds or other internal systems. Very happy to discuss in more detail and find the right way to connect and maintain a synchronized integration.

### Our vendor platforms are highly configured to our needs - how does that work for integration?
The YuzeData team is experienced in connecting to systems across the domain of sustainability, EHSQ, risk, operations and ERP. Data mapping is a key part of each integration; we deliver this through our platform to map and standardise data going into or out of Mitti and adjacent systems. We expect systems to be customised and can configure our connectors accordingly!
