- **Adding a New User** — When a user hits their start date in Employment Hero → New User created in MittiCompany email to be used as the email for the Mitti Account. If Company Email is blank, the user is created with the personal emailOnce work email is added in EmploymentHero, sends a request to the user to update their email

- Create a new user in Mitti when new staff are onboarded in Employment Hero.
- Mirror the Mitti Groups with Employment Hero Teams to ensure users are always in the right Mitti group throughout their employment.
- Remove users from Mitti as they are offboarded in Employment Hero.
- Automate Training course assignments, enrolling users into the correct courses as they join the business or move into new teams.

## FAQ
### How often does Mitti refresh with the updated users and groups from Employment Hero?
Once per day at 12:00am AEST. We do this to allow you to amend any errors you make in EmploymentHero before the data is pushed across.

### Can I choose what type of Mitti seat is created for my new users?
Yes - you can elect to start users as a full, lite or guest user. Once they are in the account you can update their seat type

### Can I bring my locations over from Employment Hero as Mitti sites?
Yes - but let’s discuss this on a call

### What permissions do the new users get in Mitti?
The users will get the default permissions for the type of seat you elect. You can customise these permissions in Mitti

### Can you auto-assign training to users once they are added to Mitti?
Yes - we assign training to a group, so once a new user is added into that group they will be assigned the training for the group they are in

### Can I create groups in Mitti that aren’t related to Employment Hero?
Yes - any groups you create in the Mitti account won’t be impacted by this integration

### If I update Mitti, will that update my Teams and Users in Employment Hero?
No - the integration is “one-way” from Employment Hero into Mitti as the Employment Hero API doesn’t allow us to post changes to Employment Hero. We recommend using Employment Hero as your “source of truth”
