You will send funds to eGifter Rewards in USD or CAD by ACH/wire, and we will convert it to the currency/currencies you require, as applicable. Each time an incentive is sent out, we will draw down from your funds. You can replenish your funds as often as needed. ### How do I get started? **It's easy to get started! At this time, we require each employee have an email address or mobile number in their Mitti profile to receive an incentive. We are exploring options for employees who do not have email addresses.
