Asset SynchronisationDynamics master data, such as business unit, location, asset, asset type are synced with Mitti assets. 

Work order creationA Mitti inspection can be completed and defects created in Dynamics to create a maintenance task or work order, or a pass could close out an inspection requirement in Dynamics. Any evidence taken during the Mitti inspection could also be pushed and saved against the asset in Dynamics.

Description

Connecting findings in field operations with maintenance management is a challenge, especially in organisations with large volumes of assets and inspection management programs. With this integration, Mitti inspections can connect directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

First, Dynamics asset master data, are synced with Mitti assets. Next, a Mitti inspection can be completed and actions raised to automatically create a maintenance request in Dynamics 365 against an asset. These notifications include key action details from Mitti, including media attachments.

This integration ensures that as a maintenance request or work order gets raised from the Dynamics maintenance request, their progress can be tracked.

FAQ

Do I need to have internal IT support to complete an integration?

All YuzeData requires from your internal IT team is API credentials to the connecting system; as well as a test/staging environment to prepare the integration before going into production.

Our internal IT systems are complex; do you need direct access?

YuzeData can work with a number of different ways to connect to your source data e.g. direct APIs, data extracts or exports, SFTP feeds or other internal systems. Very happy to discuss in more detail and find the right way to connect and maintain a synchronized integration.

Our vendor platforms are highly configured to our needs - how does that work for integration?

The YuzeData team is experienced in connecting to systems across the domain of sustainability, EHSQ, risk, operations and ERP. Data mapping is a key part of each integration; we deliver this through our platform to map and standardise data going into or out of Mitti and adjacent systems. We expect systems to be customised and can configure our connectors accordingly!
