Description
Connect Mitti to SharePoint to automatically export completed inspection reports to a SharePoint document library. Use this integration to keep reports in one structured location and use SharePoint permissions, search, and sharing.
Mitti exports reports to the site and document library you select, then organizes them in this folder structure: Mitti / [site name] / [template title] / [yyyy-mm]. If an inspection has no site selected, Mitti exports it to a folder called No Site.

How it works
1. Install the integration in the Mitti web app.
2. Connect your SharePoint subdomain and site, then approve the permissions request if your organization requires approval.
3. Choose the folder location in SharePoint where Mitti will export inspection reports.

Yes, you can. When you're installing the SharePoint integration, make sure to leave the "Site name" field empty to be able to select from your root folders.
The integration may have been turned off due to an authentication error. Either because the external account used for the integration no longer has access to the system or its permissions to make changes have been removed.
When this happens, an email would be sent to users with the "Platform management: Organization" permission to inform them about the error. To fix the problem, we recommend that you uninstall the integration and follow the instructions to install it again.
